· I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ace of Diamonds, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) that may arise out of or in connection with participation in baseball activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
